Choose Your Event Perks Terms & Conditions

1. This offer entitles you to receive up to five (5) perks, where applicable based on spend tier, if you book a qualifying event at any F1® Arcade venue in the USA within the Booking Window (July 15, 2026 – October 15, 2026) for an event to be held within the Event Date Window (November 15, 2026 – December 30, 2026)

2. Only events with a committed minimum spend of $5,000 or more (excluding taxes, gratuity, and service charges) will qualify for this offer.

3. All perks must be pre-booked. Welcome drinks, desserts, appetizer add-ons, racing upgrades, and leaderboards must be used on the day of your event. "Drink On Us" return cards and Host Reward gift cards are for future venue use only. No perk can be rolled over or transferred to a different event

4. In order to redeem the offer, you will need to confirm your selected perk(s) with the applicable member of the F1® Arcade sales team at the time of contracting

5. Use of perks involving alcohol are subject to local liquor laws. Non-alcoholic alternatives will be provided upon request. All guests must be 21+ with a valid ID to consume alcohol

6. Valid for bookings at F1® Arcade venues in the USA only.

7. Offer can only be used once per qualifying event

8. All bookings are subject to the standard F1® Arcade Booking Policy. F1® Arcade reserves the right to discontinue service to any guest in accordance with responsible service of alcohol (RSA) standards.

9. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or corporate discount

10. F1® Arcade reserves the right to stop this offer at any time prior to a contract being signed. F1® Arcade reserves the right to swap or amend the perks available at any point due to product availability.

11. Offer and all individual perks are subject to availability.

12. Perks are non-transferable and have no cash value. Included perks and rewards cannot be used to reduce the contracted baseline minimum spend or cost of your booking.
